Odaily News: According to AaluxxMyth monitoring, Maya Protocol has suffered an attack, with approximately 20 BTC (worth around $1.4 million) and other assets valued at approximately $300,000 stolen. The team has suspended global operations to contain the losses and is fixing vulnerabilities to resume trading. Most of the losses stem from arbitrage and pool fees caused by extreme slippage. The team is in communication with relevant parties and plans to replenish funds through investments such as the Aztec Chain. If the 20 BTC are returned to the pool, the CACAO token price will recover to $0.115. The team also hopes the attacker will accept a bug bounty and return the funds.
