伊朗重申对霍尔木兹海峡“主权权利”
Odaily News: Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei stated that existing laws already cover Iran's "sovereign rights" in the Arabian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Gulf of Oman. Baghaei noted that the Foreign Ministry will continue to cooperate with the parliament to advance legislation related to Iran's rights in the region.
He said: "The Foreign Ministry always takes into account current laws and actual circumstances. The parliament's stance is clear and explicit in the constitution, and the Foreign Ministry considers it its duty to cooperate with the parliament as necessary in all legislative processes." He added that the Foreign Ministry has previously provided professional opinions on relevant bills, and if parliamentarians request, the ministry will provide its input again. (Jin Shi)
