Odaily News – Analyst Darkfost stated on X platform that despite Uniswap's native token UNI having fallen over 93% from its 2021 high of $43 to approximately $3, whale accumulation has reached its strongest level in five years. Data shows that the top 10 transactions by UNI outflow on Binance have an average daily outflow of 7,300 UNI, hitting a five-year high; the current average remains elevated, with this trading group still accumulating 5,600 UNI per day. Darkfost noted that despite the challenging environment for altcoins overall, some tokens are still attracting attention, particularly those being actively accumulated by whales. The intensity of UNI accumulation has reached a historical peak during the current decline, indicating that large investors are positioning themselves at lower prices.
