Prior to this issuance, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Wang Xingxing, collectively controlled 34.763% of the company's shares, and through the special voting rights arrangement, Wang Xingxing's combined voting power in the company was 68.7816%. After this issuance, the company's actual controller, Wang Xingxing, directly holds 21.4395% of the company's equity, and under the differentiated voting rights arrangement, Wang Xingxing collectively controls 65.309% of the company's voting power, remaining the actual controller of the company.
