Iranian Foreign Minister Says No Intention to Extend Ceasefire Agreement

Odaily News: Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi said in an interview with Iranian media today (August 15) that Iran has no intention to extend the ceasefire agreement with the United States and has not yet decided whether to resume negotiations with Washington. Araghchi also stated that Qatar and Pakistan, as mediators, are working on exchanging information and maintaining contact with Iran, but this does not mean that Iran and the U.S. are currently in negotiations. Previously, the U.S. and Iran released the official text of a memorandum of understanding on June 17. According to the document, both sides committed to negotiating and reaching a final agreement within 60 days. (CCTV International News)
