Bitget Launches Stock+ US Stock Margin Trading, Initially Supporting 3,800+ Margin Trading and 2,300+ Short Selling Targets
Odaily News: According to Bitget's official announcement, the platform has officially launched the Stock+ US stock margin trading service. Users can access this feature by simply opening a Bitget Stock+ account. The initial offering supports margin trading for over 3,800 targets and short selling for over 2,300 targets (currently only supporting short selling of ETBs), with leverage of up to 3x. Among these, the annual interest rate for margin trading is 5%; during the promotional period, the annual interest rate for short selling is as low as 0%.
The launch of this product further enriches the US stock trading scenarios available under Stock+. Users can engage in margin trading by using securities or assets in their accounts as collateral to borrow funds to purchase securities; they can also borrow securities to sell short, and later buy them back to return after the stock price declines, thereby meeting the needs of two-way trading (long and short) and improving capital efficiency.
