腾讯、真格基金、红杉中国等以20亿美元向Meta购回Manus股份

Odaily Planet Daily News: Sources close to Manus revealed that Tencent, ZhenFund, Sequoia Capital China, and other major former shareholders of Manus have repurchased Manus shares from Meta for $2 billion. The $2 billion transaction price is close to the acquisition price announced by US social media and tech giant Meta in December 2025.

Benchmark was the largest shareholder before the acquisition, but it will not participate in this repurchase of Manus. Benchmark's previous shares will be acquired by Tencent, which will become the largest shareholder of Manus. Currently, Manus is operating normally.

Previously reported, Manus is about to resume independent operations, and some users need to complete data backup before August 23. (Caixin)
