On the international stage, in line with the general guidelines of the Supreme Leader, priorities will be to strengthen deterrence, resist the bullying of enemies, respond swiftly and decisively to any violations, maximize national welfare, and safeguard Iran's interests on both the regional and global stage, fully leveraging diplomatic capabilities and engaging in firm interactions."
