The plan mentions promoting the AI-driven development of software products, accelerating the intelligent upgrade of high-value scenarios such as industrial drawing, engineering design, and production scheduling, and strengthening the intelligent perception, analysis, decision-making, and execution capabilities of software products. It also calls for facilitating intelligent technological transformation of software enterprises, supporting their widespread use of Coding platforms, building intelligent R&D and production lines covering the entire process and full chain, and exploring the inclusion of investments in tokens, data governance, large model deployment, and retraining into the support scope of enterprise technological transformation.
