According to the market rules, if Anthropic's stock completes a public listing and begins trading before 23:59 ET on October 31, 2026, the market will resolve to "Yes"; otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If Anthropic is acquired by an already-public company before its IPO, the market will resolve directly to "No".
