The company's Q2 revenue reached $11.5 million, compared to $0.7 million in the same period last year; net loss was $394 million, versus a loss of $103 million in the prior-year period. As of August 3, the company's ETH holdings increased to approximately 889,000. During the same period, the company's cash and cash equivalents stood at $56.2 million, up from $28.5 million at the end of 2025.

Recently, Sharplink completed a $75 million registered direct offering and purchased approximately 10,000 ETH at around $1,611 per ETH. Meanwhile, the company repurchased approximately 2.1 million shares of common stock at an average price of approximately $4.70 per share, totaling about $10 million. Since August 2025, the company has repurchased approximately 4.07 million shares in aggregate, for a total of approximately $41.7 million.

In addition, Sharplink has been added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices and has partnered with Galaxy to launch the Galaxy Sharplink Onchain Yield Fund. The fund plans to deploy $125 million, with Sharplink committing $100 million.
