宇树科技是遥控玩具公司?创始人王兴兴回应:遥控器是最高优先级的安全冗余,人形机器人全自主作业为时尚早
Odaily News: During Unitree Robotics' roadshow for its public listing, an investor directly asked whether Unitree Robotics is a remote-controlled toy company.
Wang Xingxing, founder of Unitree Robotics, responded cleverly: "The remote controller is the highest-priority safety redundancy, just like how smart driving cars are equipped with steering wheels and brake pedals. In extremely complex terrain, communication anomalies, or logic errors, operators can use it to perform emergency shutdowns or forced hazard avoidance." However, his public remarks were also interpreted as indicating that humanoid robots still have a considerable way to go before achieving fully autonomous operation. Wang Xingxing also admitted that Unitree has not yet launched large-scale real data collection and factory deployment training, and in this regard, Unitree's progress is relatively slow.
