TRC20-USDT issuance surpasses 91.2 billion tokens, becoming the world's largest USDT issuance network

Odaily News: The latest data shows that TRC20-USDT issuance has surpassed 91.2 billion tokens, once again exceeding Ethereum to become the world's largest USDT issuance network. Since the beginning of this year, the TRON network has cumulatively issued an additional 10 billion USDT. Currently, the number of accounts holding TRC20-USDT has reached 75.47 million, with cumulative transfers exceeding 3.5 billion. Meanwhile, the total number of transactions on the TRON network has recently surpassed the 15 billion mark.

In addition, Moonpay Trade has recently integrated the TRON network, allowing users to complete network fee payments without holding TRX when trading on TRON.

TRC20-USDT is a USD-pegged stablecoin issued by Tether based on the TRON network. Its fast transfer speed and low transaction fees have attracted a large number of users, and it is already supported by multiple exchanges including Binance, HTX, OKX, Bitfinex, MEXC, KuCoin, Gate.io, Poloniex, and others. The TRC20 version of USDT will significantly enhance TRON's existing decentralized application ecosystem, bringing higher overall value storage and stronger decentralized exchange liquidity, while providing enterprise partners and institutional investors with a more convenient blockchain gateway.
