Odaily News: Unitree Robotics will launch its offline and online subscription simultaneously today (August 10). Based on statistics tracing Unitree's shareholders to the third level, at least 12 securities firms have emerged. Notably, five of these securities firms, acting as LPs, have "positioned" themselves in the hard-tech track by investing through CITIC Securities' private equity funds, indirectly investing in Unitree Robotics. As Unitree's sponsor, CITIC Securities, under the "investment + investment banking" synergy model, is expected to reap multiple returns from this project.

In addition to early-stage equity investments, CITIC Securities is also required to participate in follow-on investment for Unitree's IPO. According to the offering announcement disclosed by Unitree on August 7, CITIC Securities Investment, as the follow-on investor, was allocated 808,900 shares. Based on these holdings, CITIC Securities, through its alternative investment subsidiary and private equity fund subsidiary, holds at least over 4 million shares in Unitree Robotics in total.
