Iranian Army Commander Says Forces on Full Combat Readiness, Warns US Military Against Stepping Foot on Iranian Territory

Odaily News: According to Iran's Press TV, Iranian Army Commander Ali Jahanshahi stated that all forces are in a state of "full combat readiness" and will respond decisively to any threats facing the nation. Jahanshahi made these remarks on Sunday during a meeting with army commanders and personnel following an inspection of ground force units deployed in southeastern Iran and along the Makran coast. "All units of the Army Ground Forces, through continuous monitoring of movements and precise tracking of threats, are fully prepared for combat and will spare no effort in defending the border security of the Islamic Republic of Iran," he said. He added that recent developments have exposed the enemy's "true strength and capabilities" to public opinion. "If the enemy takes any action, we will respond decisively and deterringly. If any American military personnel sets foot on Iranian soil, we will cut them off," Jahanshahi stated. (Jin Shi)
