No acquirer found, Flash.Trade will gradually cease operations

Odaily News Flash.Trade announced on platform X that if no interested acquirer is found, the platform will gradually cease operations. The team stated that this decision was not made for financial reasons, but rather based on a comprehensive consideration of the business direction, the shrinking number of market participants, and an assessment of the overall trajectory of the crypto market. The team also noted that their ethical stance on continuing to operate an exchange no longer aligns with the current direction of the crypto ecosystem. The platform stated that user withdrawals will remain open, and any changes will be communicated clearly in advance. The team is seeking to sell its technology stack, brand, and intellectual property, with proceeds to be distributed proportionally to FAF holders. The team will not take a cut, and team tokens will not participate in the distribution. If a buyer takes over, the team will commit to a 3-month full-time handover. Additionally, the 3-month delay restriction on FAF token staking has been lifted, and holders can now unstake immediately.
