Pre-market US Stock News Digest: July "Big Nonfarm" Data Arrives, SK Hynix Plans to Invest $38 Billion in Two New Wafer Fabs

7. SpaceX announced it will jointly launch the Terafab AI chip mega-factory project with Tesla in Texas, USA, with an initial investment of $16.8 billion. The total investment is expected to increase to $119 billion after future expansion is completed.

8. AMD announced on Thursday local time its acquisition of AI inference chip startup Taalas, aiming to break into the rapidly growing AI inference chip market.

9. The July US nonfarm payroll change and July unemployment rate will be released at 20:30 Beijing time. The market expects roughly 80,000 new nonfarm jobs in July, with the unemployment rate holding steady at 4.2%.
