Odaily News: SK Hynix announced it will invest $38.4 billion to expand its chip business in South Korea. The company plans to invest 19.1 trillion won ($13.47 billion) in the M17 chip plant in Cheongju, with investments to be completed by 2031. It also plans to invest 35.2 trillion won (approximately $24.9 billion) in Yongin for the second-phase chip plant construction. (Jin Shi)
