Trump says U.S.-Iran war will "soon be over," admits pressure on some weapons stockpiles

Odaily News: U.S. President Trump stated that he believes the war between the U.S. and Iran will "soon be over," and said Iran "cannot sustain much longer."

Trump also acknowledged that the U.S. military faces pressure on certain ammunition stockpiles. While some high-performance weapons have "nearly unlimited" supplies, reserves of certain types of weaponry remain relatively limited. He revealed that U.S. defense companies are expanding production capacity, including building new production facilities for Patriot and Tomahawk missiles.

Earlier, Reuters reported that the U.S. Army has consumed a significant amount of its high-precision long-range missile stockpiles during the five-month-long U.S.-Iran conflict. (Reuters)
