Japanese and Korean stock markets opened higher, SK Hynix up 1%

Odaily News, according to Gate data, the Nikkei 225 index opened up 194.71 points, or 0.30%, at 65,877.97 points on August 7. The Korea KOSPI index opened up 62.22 points, or 0.99%, at 6,358.6 points on August 7. SK Hynix rose 1%, and Samsung Electronics rose 2%.
