Odaily News According to Coinglass data, the Coinbase Bitcoin premium index has been in negative territory for 80 consecutive days (from May 19 to date), with the latest reading at -0.0978%. Historical data shows that prolonged negative premiums are often accompanied by an outflow of institutional funds from the United States, warranting caution against short-term pullback pressure.
Previously, this index recorded a 40-day negative premium run from January 16 to February 24 this year, setting the longest "consecutive negative" record since the index's inception, surpassing the roughly 30-day stretch of consecutive negative premiums seen during the "1011 crash."
