Odaily News: According to MSX.COM data, Western Digital's decline has narrowed to 10%, after initially plunging over 22% at market open. On Wednesday after U.S. markets closed, U.S. storage leader Western Digital reported its Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings for the period ending July 3. Driven by sustained strong demand for storage products, the company's quarterly revenue and profit both beat expectations, with net profit surging over 12 times year-over-year. The earnings report showed that Western Digital's Q4 fiscal revenue reached $3.75 billion, up 44% year-over-year, beating market expectations of $3.692 billion, compared to $2.605 billion in the same period last year.
Earlier, BNP Paribas raised its price target for Western Digital from $660 to $700.
