Loss of $47.7 Million, Cipher Digital Sells 1,619 Bitcoin

Odaily News: Bitcoin mining company Cipher Digital sold 1,619 Bitcoin, generating $123 million in proceeds and confirming a loss of $47.7 million. According to its filing, interest expenses totaled $66.7 million, while mining revenue stood at $24.8 million. As of the end of June, Cipher held 646 Bitcoin, valued at $37.8 million. Quarterly mining revenue declined compared to $43.6 million in the same period last year, with a second-quarter loss of $23.5 million.
