Odaily News: According to Unitree Technology's announcement, the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter), based on preliminary inquiry results and a comprehensive assessment of the company's reasonable investment value, valuation levels of listed companies in the same industry, and secondary market valuation levels in the relevant industry, while fully considering factors such as the effective subscription multiple of offline investors, market conditions, fundraising needs, and underwriting risks, have mutually agreed to set the issuance price at RMB 150.80 per share. No further cumulative bidding inquiry will be conducted for the offline offering.
