Odaily News: ZeroStack's Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows that as of June 30, the company held a cash balance of $2.6 million, had negative working capital of $600,000, and cumulative losses reached $339 million. The company reported a fair value loss of $82.5 million on digital assets and projects a net loss of $61.3 million for the first half of 2026. As of June 30, its holdings of 75.1 million Zero Gravity 0G tokens had a total cost of $163 million and a fair value of $15.2 million, meaning the token value is approximately 91% below its book cost.
