渣打香港称拟于8月公布发行港元稳定币HKDAP

Odaily Planet Daily News Standard Chartered Hong Kong and its Chief Executive for Greater China and North Asia, Mary Huen, has previewed that an official announcement regarding the issuance of the HKD stablecoin HKDAP will be made within August, along with the signing of distributors. Its subsidiary, Zodia Markets, as the stablecoin issuer, will adopt a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) model, and will not directly interface with end users. Instead, it will distribute through designated approved distributors to their related corporate and institutional client bases, including SMEs, traders, service providers, fund companies, and even individual users, for cross-border settlements.
