Japanese and Korean stock markets open lower, SK Hynix down 4%

Odaily News, according to MSX.COM data, the Nikkei 225 index opened down 659.27 points, or 1.02%, at 63,702.75 points on Monday, August 3. The KOSPI index opened down 217.22 points, or 3.29%, at 6,378.23 points on Monday, August 3. SK Hynix fell 4%, and Samsung Electronics fell 5%.
