Odaily Planet Daily News: Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg published a public article titled "The AI Future Is for Everyone," elaborating on his vision for the development of superintelligence, advocating that future AI should broadly empower individuals rather than be centrally controlled by a few institutions.

Zuckerberg stated that the most critical question now is not whether superintelligence will emerge, but who will have access to it. He believes that "individual empowerment" should serve as the foundation for prosperity, "innovation" as the core mission of superintelligence, and "checks and balances" as the safety guarantee—rather than concentrating AI capabilities in the hands of a few institutions.

In response to concerns about the risks of superintelligence raised by some AI industry figures, Zuckerberg expressed disagreement with views such as "AI will replace most jobs" or "only highly concentrated power can ensure AI safety." History has proven that excessive concentration of power often suppresses human potential, while openness and freedom can bring more innovation and prosperity. The greatest value of superintelligence should not be automation, but rather driving invention and creation. If superintelligence were controlled by a few institutions, it would inevitably exert excessive influence over the economy, science, and politics; conversely, giving everyone access to personal superintelligence could usher in a new era of全面提升 individual capabilities and foster more entrepreneurship and innovation.

On safety governance, Zuckerberg pointed out that experience in fields such as cybersecurity shows that open ecosystems help improve system security in the long run.
