Odaily reported that Grayscale's SEC filing for a Worldcoin ETF disclosed that approximately 90% of the circulating WLD tokens are concentrated in 100 wallets. The filing also acknowledged that World Chain's sequencer is operated in a centralized manner, with upgrade functions coordinated and controlled by a small group of participants from the World Foundation, Tools for Humanity, and Optimism, while governance remains primarily guided by the World Foundation.
