This upgrade aims to enhance payment reliability by automatically failing over when block producers experience rare stalls to ensure smooth transactions. It also adds a protection mechanism to intercept transactions that could slow down or destabilize the network, while providing node operators with clearer visibility to ensure smooth underlying operations.
