Odaily Planet Daily: SK Hynix stated that it currently has no plans to acquire Intel's chip factory in Ohio.

Previously, according to Korean media reports, SK Hynix (SKHY.O) is in negotiations with Intel (INTC.O) to acquire the latter's large-scale semiconductor complex in Ohio, with the goal of starting front-end memory chip production there within five years.
