Samsung Electronics Expands NAND Supply Partnership with NVIDIA, Accelerates V9 and V10 Flash Memory Layout

Odaily News Samsung Electronics is expanding its cooperation with NVIDIA in the NAND flash memory field. Building on existing collaborations in DRAM, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), and wafer foundry services, it is further deepening its memory chip supply relationship. According to reports, Samsung has begun mass production of its 10th generation V-NAND (V10) and is supplying it to NVIDIA. At the same time, it is expanding production capacity for the 9th generation V-NAND (V9) and advancing the development of the 11th generation 500-layer V-NAND (V11). It is reported that Samsung currently has the capacity to produce over 100,000 V-NAND wafers per month, with approximately 60% of this capacity allocated to V9 products. (Cailianshe)
