Changxin Technology: Placement work has been completed, with the effective subscription ratio for offline Class A investors exceeding 87%
According to an announcement from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Changxin Technology has released the preliminary offline allocation results and the online lottery results for its initial public offering and listing on the STAR Market. The announcement states that the payment and allocation work for the strategic placement in this issuance has been completed. All investors participating in the strategic placement have fulfilled their commitments and participated as agreed. The initial strategic placement quantity was 3,344,044,304 shares, accounting for 50.00% of the initial offering size, and approximately 43.48% of the total number of shares issued after the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The subscription funds promised by the strategic placement investors have been fully remitted to the designated bank account of China International Capital Corporation within the stipulated time. After the strategic placement clawback and before the activation of the online and offline clawback mechanism, following the exercise of the over-allotment option, the initial online offering quantity was 3,349,001,000 shares, accounting for approximately 55.59% of the issuance size after deducting the final strategic placement quantity from the shares issued under the exercised over-allotment option.
The online lottery draw results show that a total of 7,702,207 winning numbers were drawn, with each winning number being eligible to subscribe for 500 shares of Changxin Technology A-shares. A total of 10,907 validly quoted institutional investors managed by 285 offline investors all participated in the offline subscription in accordance with the requirements of the "Issuance Announcement." The total valid offline subscription quantity was 123,822,210,000 shares. Among these, Class A investors validly subscribed for 107,837,530,000 shares, accounting for 87.09% of the total valid offline subscription quantity; while Class B investors validly subscribed for 15,984,680,000 shares, representing 12.91% of the total valid offline subscription quantity.
