Odaily reported that according to Coinglass data, the Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index has remained in negative territory for two consecutive months (from May 19 to July 19, a total of 62 days), with the latest reading at -0.0633%. Previously, the index had been in negative territory for 40 consecutive days from January 16 to February 24 this year, setting the longest consecutive negative streak since the index's inception, surpassing the approximately 30-day consecutive negative streak during the "1011 crash." Historical data shows that a prolonged negative premium often coincides with the withdrawal of US institutional funds, warranting caution against short-term correction pressure.
