Iranian airports, bridges, and railway hubs under attack by US forces
According to reports, Bandar Abbas in southern Iran was attacked by US forces. The attack was reportedly large-scale, leading to power outages in parts of Bandar Abbas. The target of the strike was a communication tower. US fighter jets also launched missile attacks on the Iranshahr Airport in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, southeastern Iran. Local residents reported hearing three loud explosions near the airport. The railway junction in Bandar Abbas was also hit by US forces, leaving two people injured. Additionally, a bridge in Bandar Khamir, Hormozgan Province, southern Iran, was also attacked by US forces that evening. On the 17th, the Hormozgan provincial government reported that two bridges in the province were attacked, resulting in two deaths and four injuries. (Jin Shi)
