Robinhood CEO sells 375,000 HOOD shares in latest trading window at average price of $116.17

According to the latest Form 4 filing, Robinhood (HOOD) CEO Vlad Tenev has sold 375,000 HOOD shares since July 6 at an average price of $116.17, cashing out a total of $43.56 million.

This stock sale was pre-announced on September 5, 2025, through a 10b5-1 trading plan. Tenev still holds 48.3 million shares of Class B stock, valued at over $5 billion.
