Odaily reported that according to Coinglass data, the Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index has remained in negative territory for 49 consecutive days (since May 19), with the latest reading at -0.1072%. Previously, the index recorded a 40-day consecutive negative premium from January 16 to February 24 this year, setting a new record for the longest "consecutive negative" streak since the indicator's launch, surpassing the approximately 30-day continuous negative premium seen during the "1011 crash." Historical data shows that prolonged negative premiums often coincide with the outflow of US institutional funds, and caution is warranted regarding short-term correction pressures.
