A dormant whale has returned after months of silence, opening a 40x leveraged long position on BTC with a position value of approximately $12.58 million

Odaily reported that according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the dormant smart money wallet “0x15a” has become active again. The address deposited $1 million USDC into Hyperliquid, then opened a long position on 200 Bitcoin with 40x leverage, representing a notional position of approximately $12.58 million.

Data shows that the last recorded transaction from this address dates back to March of this year, and its cumulative historical profit from perpetual contracts currently stands at approximately $2.28 million.
