US stocks in the optical communication and chip sectors surged across the board, with Intel and ARM both rising over 6%

According to MSX.COM data, US stocks in the optical communication and chip sectors rallied broadly: SanDisk rose over 16%, Western Digital climbed over 13%, Seagate Technology gained more than 11%, Qualcomm surged over 10%, and both Intel and ARM were up over 6%.
