Odaily Planet Daily News According to official sources, the Ethereum Foundation has completed a months-long restructuring. Currently, the Ethereum Foundation has been reorganized into five business divisions, including the Protocol Layer, Access Layer, User Layer, Community Layer, and Institution Layer, in addition to operations and management support teams.

As a result of this structural, activity, and expenditure adjustment, the Ethereum Foundation has laid off 54 employees, accounting for approximately 20% of its total workforce. The Ethereum Foundation will provide severance pay and transition support for departing employees. The severance pay is calculated as one month's salary for each full year of service at the Ethereum Foundation, or the higher amount according to local statutory standards.
