According to the rules, if the fully diluted valuation of Arcium's officially issued token exceeds the target value at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the day after its launch, the event will be settled as "Yes"; otherwise, it will be settled as "No."

FDV is calculated as the total token supply multiplied by the token price. Only tokens officially issued by Arcium that are publicly tradable are valid. Stablecoins, Meme coins, liquid staking tokens (LSTs), and synthetic assets are excluded from the calculation. If Arcium has not issued a token by 23:59 Eastern Time on December 31, 2027, the event will be settled as "No."
