Iran's envoy to the UN accuses the US of "piracy" and demands the release of seized vessels

Odaily reported that, according to Al Jazeera, in a letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Iran's envoy to the United Nations stated that Iran rejects the US act of piracy against Iranian vessels and that Iran has the right to retaliate. The US should be held responsible for the impact of its piracy on regional and global security.
