Iranian official: Hormuz transit fees must be settled in Iranian Rial

Odaily reported that Ebrahim Azizi, Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, stated in an interview aired on April 26 that transit fees through the Strait of Hormuz must be settled in the Iranian national currency, the Rial, and that vessels and cargo related to Israel are not permitted to pass under any circumstances.
