Andrea Dressi, Assistant Professor of International Relations and Global Politics at Roma Tre University, said: "We see the US goals constantly shifting, strategies changing, and targets being adjusted. Although the Trump administration tries to 'show strength' through social media, internally we are seeing growing divisions, increasing disagreements, and multiple high-level officials at the Pentagon and the Department of Defense being dismissed. All of this reinforces the analysis that the war launched by the US and Israel is based on a 'serious miscalculation of the potential consequences of this conflict, or a lack of strategic thinking.'
