The market settlement rule states that if MegaETH officially launches its governance token before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date specified in the title, the prediction market outcome will be judged as "Yes"; otherwise, it will be judged as "No."

Another key rule, "The token must be publicly available for normal transfer and trading; merely issuing related announcements does not satisfy the judgment condition," may be the reason the probability has not reached 100%.
