Pakistani diplomat: US-Iran negotiations "at a stalemate," progress "very slow"

The diplomat stated that the US remains committed to maintaining a maritime blockade against Iran. Tehran has informed Pakistan that this blockade is an obstacle to Iran’s participation in the talks.
