SpaceX Announces Right to Acquire AI Programming Startup Cursor for $60 Billion

The latter has granted SpaceX the right to acquire it later this year for a price of $60 billion, or to pay $10 billion to advance their collaboration. Cursor is a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing code-writing software.
