ZachXBT: Attack Funds Related to KelpDAO Have Begun Bridging to the Bitcoin Network

Odaily News On-chain investigator ZachXBT has updated that the attack funds related to KelpDAO have begun to be moved. Approximately $1.5 million has been bridged from the Ethereum mainnet to the Bitcoin network via Thorchain, with another approximately $78,000 transferred via Umbra. The initial funds for the related attack address originated from Tornado Cash, and the fund laundering and cross-chain transfers are still ongoing.
