Mousavi indicated that the Iranian military currently possesses "authority, readiness levels, and comprehensive strategic capabilities." The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and other defense forces have demonstrated operational effectiveness in relevant actions, which has "put the Israeli and American sides in a difficult position and exhausted them," forcing them "to seek a ceasefire."
