The Smarter Web Company Completes Approximately $2 Million Private Placement

Odaily News: The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based Bitcoin treasury company, announced that it has completed a private placement of 4,286,410 ordinary shares in accordance with a previously signed subscription agreement. The total funds raised from this placement amount to approximately £1.5374 million (equivalent to about $2 million, before deducting expenses), translating to approximately £0.36 per share. The company expects to receive net proceeds of about 98.25%. The remaining balance of ordinary shares under the current subscription agreement yet to be placed is 52,377,540 shares.
